An Honest Friend

My friend is deaf and I can't understand very much that he says except cuss words (so maybe he has Torrete's Syndrome or just coping skill that he developed over the years from how much harder life is for him). Once he was looking out from his balcony and observed another neighbor not picking up his dog's poop. My friend pointed it out and I told him that the neighbor ran away because he probably just thought that you were possessed or something. He was flailing his arms and yelling, but that the only words you can understand are the cuss words.
